Winter Track Training Resumes - Interval Sessions (Speed) (posted 1/9/22)

Track Training with Bob Smith, Builth RC & Rhayader RC

We will continue to hire Brecon Track, once a month, on the following Tuesdays for 1 hour, 6:30pm - 7:30pm:
13th September 22
11th October 22
8th November 22
6th December 22

Pavilion will be open for toilets and changing. Floodlights will be on.
Sessions will continue in 2023 too.

Olympic athletics coach Bob Smith will be leading the sessions. Bob lives in Brecon and has been working with Builth Running Club for some time. His main focus though is elite, international athletes - but Bob makes time for us at no cost!!!!

Many of you will know members in Builth Running Club and Rhayader Running Club. They are an exceptionally friendly bunch, and, like us, are all abilities clubs.

The sessions are FREE to Brecon Triathlon Club members and no booking is required. The floodlights will be on and the Pavilion will be in use too (toilet and changing facilities).

Please try and attend if at all possible.
Ultimately, the success of the club rests on members taking part in club activities!!
